Refrigeration Service Engineers Society is an educational organization that promotes refrigeration and airconditioning training. The "CM" designation is earned through testing. Only a small percentage service technicians achieve this level. CMS - Certificate Member Specialist is the next level and that is earned through tests on specific areas of technology.
